_Registration Disabled

I am reluctantly disabling new user registration. There is no active development or support for these utilities, so there is little to be gained from new questions. Most real information is archived in the existing posts. I have no means to update the forum software, and I have been unsuccessful in contacting Natan for assistance. Ultimately, the board has become a haven for board spammers. They scatter their garbage here like so many handsful of confetti, and I tire of cleaning it up.

So I will close new registrations. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
