Cannot find HDD on Dell Poweredge 650

Looking to image a Dell Poweredge 650.
PING 3.00.04 2010-01-01 says it cannot find the hdd.
According to the boot messges the interface is a
Sil 0680 ATA/133 controller BIOS, Silicon Image bios.
