Kernel Panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt

Postby subaru_impreza » Thu Mar 10, 2011 2:06 am

Hi
I am having issues after creating an iso image and trying to mount - run via Virtual PC but getting [Kernel Panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt]
isolinux.cfg:

DEFAULT rescue
PROMPT 0
LABEL rescue
KERNEL kernel
APPEND vga=normal devfs=nomount pxe ramdisk_size=33000 load_ramdisk=1 init=/linuxrc prompt_ramdisk=0 initrd=initrd.gz root=/dev/ram0 rw noapic lba

Commnad to generate ISO:

mkisofs -r -b isolinux.bin -boot-info-table -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 -o ../BurnMe.iso .

Any help would be appreciated.... please reply
