I am using Ping to image 100 computers for a school. All of the computers are identical (IBM Thinkcentre M55).
I have the Ping software set up on a Windows XP computer with tftpd32 utility.
I am being restricted to restoring the image to only 10 machines. Any time I try to connect an additional machine, the connection fails.
Is there a reason for this?
Installation issues, feature requests, help, etc.

Yep. Windows XP from SP2 onwards restricts outgoing or incoming TCP/IP connections to a maximum of 10. Don't ask me why. There is a registry hack that can be done to increase the number. Just search it up on Google.
